Inside The Game wasn't born in a boardroom. It was born in a locker room — in the middle of a season, watching a coaching staff make decisions based on WhatsApp messages, scattered spreadsheets, and information that never reached the right person at the right time.

I'm Daniel Toro. I've spent years working in professional football across the Americas and Europe — as Head of Video Analysis & Scouting at Miami FC in the USL Championship, providing scouting support to AC Milan, developing academy players at Vélez Sarsfield, and working across clubs in Colombia, Brazil, Italy, and Spain. I've been inside dressing rooms, analysis rooms, and training pitches from Argentina to Florida.

And everywhere I went, I saw the same problem: everything was disorganized. Medical staff didn't know who the coach had cleared. The scouting department was on a different page from the technical director. Academy players with real potential were invisible to the first team. Data existed — it just lived in five different places and reached nobody.

ITG OS is the result of that experience. Every feature — medical availability, academy readiness, match analysis, performance tracking — was designed around real operational problems I lived firsthand. Not assumptions. Not surveys. Problems I had a spreadsheet open for at 11pm the night before a match.

And this isn't a story that ended in the past. While I built ITG OS at Miami FC, I kept testing it against the daily reality of a professional staff — and today I'm doing the same thing at Racing FC, using the platform inside an active first-team operation, week after week. This isn't a developer guessing what a club needs from the outside. It's someone who's lived inside the locker room, the analysis room and the technical staff meetings — building the tool from the inside, while still working from the inside.

That's the difference: every update to ITG OS comes from someone who understands how a club actually breathes — not from a feature request in a spreadsheet, but from a real matchday, a real injury report, a real conversation between a coach and a medical staff that needed better information five minutes earlier.

We're starting with USL Championship clubs because that's where I know the gaps best. But the problem is the same whether you're in Miami, Buenos Aires, or Milan.
