Inside The Game OS ("the App", "we", "us") is a club management platform for football/soccer clubs, used by club staff (coaches, medical staff, administrators) to manage rosters, training plans, medical records, scouting, and performance data.
Data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL), encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authorized club staff based on role-based permissions configured by the club administrator.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. Data may be shared with service providers strictly necessary to operate the App (e.g., hosting and email delivery providers).
Medical and injury data entered by club medical staff is treated as sensitive information and is only accessible to roles explicitly granted "Medical Staff" access by the club administrator.
Clubs may request deletion of their account and associated data at any time by contacting support@insidethegame.co.
The App may be used by clubs with academy players under 18 years of age. Player data is entered and managed by club staff, not directly by minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
